Weight Loss and the Law of Attraction

Published Categorized as Journal

Many people complain about their weight, they would like to look better, get in shape and get healthier. Diets and exercises play a very important role in the process, but often they are not enough. The weight loss motivation can actually shape your body and help you make a change forever, not just a couple of weeks or months, until you finish the diet. It is not enough to focus on the dieting, because weight loss is connected to your thoughts as well.

Usually, there is a negative cycle that affects so many people, eating and feeling worse afterwards. There are negative thoughts and forces that fight against one’s well-being. When we look at pictures with people that are in shape, that seem very happy and healthy and thin, the first step is making a comparison and wonder why we don’t match those standards. Eventually these thoughts make people feel bad about themselves.

Many people regard food as a release factor, they eat fast food, sweet treats and snacks that make them feel better only for the moment. The gratifying satisfaction is immediate, but it does not last long. Breaking the cycle of feeling bad and eating to compensate those feelings is necessary for weight loss. How can this be done? At first, it is best to move away from things that make you feel bad.

For example, you can stop looking at magazines and at people that make you feel bad and stop comparing yourself with celebrities and those that are thinner. Weight loss motivation can be obtained also by starting to feel good about yourself and replacing negative thoughts with positive ones, thinking about what you like about yourself, your gifts and abilities.
